Thank you for joining in Brian. I love your Top Ten. I think the tulip/ lunaria combination is a winner. I love the clematis too, it is new to me. I have Clematis ‘Boughton Star’ which is lovely too.
Thank you Chloris, it has been a while since I last joined in. Life sometimes gets in the way of blogging. I have a ‘Boughton Star’, planted two years ago, which I hope will flower for the open gardens this year.
I love the white and green garden. I always fancied doing something like that but I have never quite got there. My Honesty is through, so good so far and hoping. Amelia
Oh that lunaria and tulip combination is brilliant Brian. I was lamenting my failure to sow lunaria last year but now happily have some seedlings which are no doubt the offspring of last year’s plants. Now I’m waiting to see if they will flower late this year or will tarry until next spring 🙂
Hoo House nursery was selling it at a plant sale, I bought one three years ago, it has come true from seed. I have a few plants for sale on open day, Would you like me to save you some seed?

What a sight that Cytisus praecox Albus is, Brian – how long do the blooms last?
LikeLike
Well, it has been in bloom for at least two weeks so far. I have never really made a note of its flowering period.

The Honesty is a favourite, I started with one bought plant and thankfully it comes true from seed.

A favourite? That’s hard. I like both forms of lunaria and have never seen the dark one.
