Fire and Ice.

Crocosmia ‘Lucifer’
Rose Climbing Iceberg .
This maximum temperature was recorded in the sunshine on our patio table!

I hope you and your garden are keeping cool.

  1. No, we have not been cool, we have been having more than your maximum in the shade. Poor plants, its yoyo temperatures for them this year! It is cooling again, thankfully. I had a lucifer that I liked but either I lost them or they morphed into less spectacular orange crocosmia. Do you think think they could change? I find the orange crocosmia multiply too quickly. I dig them out and throw them away. Unfortunately, Kourosh usually finds them and plants them somewhere else. I don’t think I’ll ever get rid of them. Amelia
