Everyone is welcome on the 10&11th June, although the cherry blossom will be over by then the Oriental Garden is always a tranquil oasis within Our Garden&19.
At this time of year, the skyline becomes very feathery with these pretty blossoms.
About my own blogging – in case replies aren’t posted to you directly . . . I’ve been somewhat erratic over the last ages ‘cos my laptop expired and my camera is now at the menders for the second time. It makes for unfortunate breaks and is very frustrating – but I’m still here!
Excellent Pictures. I can understand how much efforts are required to capture photographs when it comes to capturing little objects like flowers. I started photography when i was in college then i decided to inspire others also to have some passion for photography. I started writing tips for beginners at https://www.behance.net/nitinkhannaor Just go through and let me know if you liked it

Lovely – such a shame the display is so short lived.

Thank you Kate. The tree is one of the few plants we retained from the previous owners, sadly I don’t know it’s variety.

Absolutely beautiful photos, I feel warmed just looking at them. Especially good to see all the bees.

What beauties! I love the open, single blooms – nothing against Kwanzan, but these are so dainty 😉

How what frothy fabulousness Brian and the tree must look even better in the flesh as it were.

Thank you Sally. Your comments reminded me of the Chinese Proverb. ‘He who plants a garden plants happiness’.
